The ARGES Chlorophyll Sensor is used for the detection of Chlorophyll such as aromatic hydrocarbons, diesel fuel and petroleum spills into waterways, estuaries, harbours etc.. The sensor detects leaks from storage tanks, landfill run-offs, over fills into rivers.
The ARGES-Hydrocarbon ™ sensor is a single-channel highly sensitive instrument that can detect and report real-time levels of fuel in water range of 0.03 - 800 QSU (Other ranges on request) and temperature in Degrees Celsius. The sensor has been designed to be used as a stand-alone laboratory instrument, and as part of a multi-parameter device inside a Keynes Controls SONDE. Ideal for fixed installation monitoring applications.
